Sour-Cream-Chicken-Enchilada



*Ingredients:

°4 c cubed chicken
°1 box of cream of chicken soup
°8 oz. (1 cup) sour cream
°2/3 cup milk
°1  green bell pepper
°2 tbsp. Dried onion
°1 tsp. garlic powder
°pepper 
°12 corn tortillas
°2-3 c cheddar cheese

* Methods

Spraying 13" x 9" dish with cook spray. Preheat oven to 350° In  bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, & pepper, line a 13" *9" bottom line with 6 tortillas & sprinkling 3 cups of chicken, pour 1/2 sauce over it and spread to coat and sprinkle with half the amount of   Repeat process, bake for 30-40 minutes or until hot and juicy, let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
