Salmon Patties


°6 oz. can pink salmon skin/boneless
°2 T. Onion cut to cubes
°Good pinch salt and pepper
°1 egg
°1 T. Butter
°2 t. corn flour
°4 t. flour
°vegetarian. oil

*How to making it :

In  bowl, blending salmon, onion, salt & pepper. Adding eggs, milk, cornmeal & flour. Mix well. Heat for 1/4 of oil in a bottom. The size an iron skillet on .. Dropping spoonfuls of salmon mixture into hot oil & flatten slightly. Frying in batches for about 1 minute per side. Lay it out on a paper bag or plate lined with a paper towel. Makes 10 pancakes.
