A slice of farmhouse breakfast casserole on a spoonful

Farmer's Casserole is a recipe that I pull out nearly every month for a delicious weekend brunch. It's very easy to assemble! Love that I could make it early and freeze it for a rainy day.

I've been cooking lots of easy ham and egg breakfast recipes lately, like Eggs Benedict and Ham & Egg Baked Taquitos. It's delicious, but Farmer's Casserole is still my number one choice for a quick and easy breakfast dish.

This breakfast egg casserole has three main ingredients - a brown crust, a fluffy egg layer, and a delicious blend. It doesn't matter if you prepare this casserole in advance or cook it in the morning to treat your family. This easy breakfast casserole is sure to be one of your favorites, too! It is seriously the best breakfast dish around friends.
