Here's a recipe for pasta shells with ground beef:

Ingredients:

1 lb. pasta shells

1 lb. ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes

1 tsp. dried basil

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.

Add the crushed tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes.

Spread a thin layer of the tomato sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them in the baking dish.

Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the stuffed shells.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the shells.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
