WENDY'S-CHILI



*Ingredients :

°Minced meat; I have used almost. 1 kilo.
°2 stalks chopped celery.
°Chopped medium onion.
°1 chopped green pepper.
°stewed tomatoes; I used 3 cans, 14 ounces each.
°Tomato cube with green pepper. I utlized ROTEL 10oz can.
°Canned tomato sauce, use a 14-ounce package.
°Water at room temperature. You will need one cup.
°2 tablespoons of olive oil.
°Chili seasoning, you will need to pack.
°Un-dried "kidney" beans, using 14-oz pack
°undrained "pinto" beans, use a 14-ounce package.
°Salt and ground black pepper for seasoning.
°1 tablespoon of white vinegar, you can use more if desired.

* Methods : 

Step 1: In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Put the minced meat in the hot oil to make one large pancake; Cook until bottom is browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 3: Cook the ground beef, flipping and breaking it up until the pink color fades, it takes about 5 more minutes.
Step 4: In a large skillet over medium heat, fry the ground beef for about 5 minutes, until the onions are translucent. Add the stewed tomatoes, diced canned tomatoes with green peppers and tomato sauce, and a cup of room temperature water, stirring constantly, until beef is well cooked.
Step 5: Next, remove the stewed tomato pieces from the pan and chop them into smaller pieces. Add the chili spices and mix well.
Step 6: At this point, you need to add kidney beans and pinto beans to the chili mixture, season with black pepper, salt and cumin, and simmer.
Step 7: To finish, reduce the heat and let it cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until tender.
