Italian Stromboli

* Ingredients : 

°1 tube of Pillsbury Pizza crust
°8 slices of deli ham
°10 slices genoa salami
°12 slices of pepperoni sandwich
°8 slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese
(You can definitely use shredded cheese too)
°2 tablespoons butter
°2 gloves minced garlic
°2 teaspoons chopped parsley
°3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Melt the butter in the microwave and mix in the chopped garlic, parsley and Parmesan cheese. sit aside
I covered my baking sheet with butter paper.
Roll out the pizza dough to about the size of a baking sheet.
Put a layer of cold meat. Started with pork, then salami followed by pepperoni.
Put a layer of cheese at the end.
Roll the stromboli lengthwise, making sure to seal the seam well.
Seal the ends well. Pinch them and flip the excess dough onto the underside of the stromboli.
Prune the top a few times with a serrated knife (to allow steam to escape while baking).
Spread the stromboli with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake the stromboli according to the instructions on the back of any pizza dough you're using.
*I have found that this is the same baking time as you would for a regular pizza...however, you will not bake it as shown on the tube.
*I know the typical Stromboli has red sauce but I don't like it inside, I like to dip it in it! You can use it well from the inside if you want to
