Beef and Cheese Chimichanga



* Ingredients:

°1 pound minced meat
°1 can  fried beans
°1/2 c finely onion
°3 cans  tomato sauce
°2 tsp chili powder
°1 tsp minced garlic
°1/2 tsp ground cumin
°12 flour tortilla warm
 °1 can (4 ounces) chopped green pepper
°1 can (4 ounces) chopped jalapeno pepper
°Fat deep frying oil
°1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

* Instructions:

In a large skillet, cook meat over medium heat until pink disappears; behavior. Adding beans, onions, 1/2 c of tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic, & cumin.
Placing for 1/3 cup of beef mix away from the center on every tortilla. Fold edge closest to the fill and over it to covering it. Fold in both sides and twist. Attach with toothpicks. In a large saucepan, combine chili, pepper, and remaining tomato sauce. through heat.
In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat 1 inch of oil to 375°C. Fry the chimichangas for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Lay out paper towels. Sprinkle cheese. Served with sauce.
