*Ingredients:
°1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
°1 cup brown sugar
°1 loaf of heavy bread
°4 eggs
°1 1/2 cups milk
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°powder sugar
°cinnamon
* Methods :
Melt the butter in the microwave, add the brown sugar, and stir until combined.
Pour the butter/sugar mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.... Spread around.
Beat eggs, milk and vanilla
Put the slices of bread in the pan
Put half a tablespoon of the egg mixture on a layer of bread
Sprinkle a little cinnamon on the bread/eggs
Add the second layer of bread slices
Pour the rest egg mix with spoon
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (covered for first 30 minutes)
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon
Served with warm maple syrup
