*Ingredients:
°3 cucumbers, peeled & cut into 1/4-inch-thick tranches
°1 onion, sliced and cut into rings
°3 tomatoes, sliced
°1/2 c vinegar
°1/4 c sugar
°1 c water
°2 teaspoons salt
°1 tsp coarsely black pepper
°1/4 c oil
°1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint (optional)
*Methods :
1. Blend all ingredients in bowl.
2. Stirring mixture well.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 h before serve .
