Amish Cinnamon Bread


+To beat:
•1 cup butter, softened
•2 cups of sugar
•2 eggs
•2 c buttermilk or 2 c milk plus 2 tsp vinegar 
•4 cups flour
•2 tsp baking soda

Cinnamon/sugar mixture:
•2/3 cups of sugar
•2 teaspoons of cinnamon

*How to do it:

!…so to making this recipe you first need to cream some butter, 2 c of sugar also eggs. Next, you need to add milk, flour, and also baking soda.

Step Two: Now, after all that work, you need to put HALF of the dough into greased loaf pans (1/4 into each pan).

Step 3: At this step, all you have to do is take a separate bowl and micro, 2/3 tsp sugar and cinnamon. After you finish mixing, you should then sprinkle 3/4 of the cinnamon mixture over half the batter in each pan.

Step 4: Finally, you now need to add the remaining batter to the pans; and sprinkle with a final cinnamon topping. Be sure to use a knife to swirl. Finally baking at 350 F about 45 to 51 min Then, before unmolding, leave to cool for about 20 minutes.
