*ingredients :

°6 large turkey wings (separate sides)
1/2 pound mushrooms
°big onion
°poultry seasoning
°garlic powder
°onion powder
°salt pepper
°dried basil
°1/2 cup oregano chicken broth
°1 can of cream of mushroom soup
°1/2 cup cream of chicken soup

* Directions :

Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Turkey wings seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, poultry seasoning, basil and thyme.
Grease a baking tray with a little extra virgin olive oil and add mushrooms, chopped onions, celery, sweet pepper and garlic to cover the bottom of the pan. Place the turkey wings on top of the vegetables, cover face down, wrap tightly with tin foil and place in the oven for an hour.
Remove saucepan from pan, add 1/2 cup chicken broth, replace with tin foil, and bake for another 45 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and pour most of the liquid, including the vegetables, into a saucepan.
Flip wings skin-high and toss in oven uncovered to grill for 20 minutes (skin becomes slightly brown and crunchy) Texture is everything!
In saucepan with drip, add 1 can of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of cream of chicken soup. (Add spices to taste) Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, then pour over the turkey wings. Cover with aluminum foil and return to the oven for another 20 minutes, until cooked through.
