* ingredients :

°16 oz. sour cream
°1 box of cream of chicken soup
°1 tbsp. fresh chop coriander (1/2 tbs dried)
°2 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
°1 Can Rutile
°1 cup chopped onion
°8 tortillas
°1 cup shredded pepper jack and colby cheese mix
°1 can green pepper cut into cubes

* How to make it :

In a saucepan, mix sour cream with broth and cilantro. Heat and set aside. Combine chicken, rutile, onion, and green pepper in a saucepan sprayed with cooking spray. Heat the onion until it becomes transparent. Heat the tortilla until it becomes elastic. Fill each tortilla with about 2 tablespoons. of chicken mixture. Put about 1/2-1 tablespoon of the cheese. Roll the tortillas up and place them solder side down in a baking dish and spray with cooking spray. Pour the sour cream sauce over the enchiladas. Add the rest of the cheese.
