Chicken-stuffed-croissants


*Ingredients:

°2 cans of 8 oz Pillsbury croissant dough
°2 cans of cream of chicken
°8 oz softened cream cheese
°2 – 3 cups cooked chicken
°1 package Italian dressing mix (or 3 TB)
°2 – 3 chopped green onions – optional

*Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.
Add the cream cheese and both cans of soup to a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat.
Add dressing mixture and stir until well blended. Reduce to low heat.
Pour most of the mixture into a large bowl, leaving enough in the pan to make a sauce to put on the chicken bundles.
Add the chicken and green onions to the large bowl and mix. Put aside.
Separate the crescent dough and place the individual triangles on a cookie sheet.
Spoon the chicken mixture over the crescent dough and roll up (we fold the left side in, the right side in, then roll towards the long end).
Bake for 9-12 minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with remaining sauce if desired.
