°1 lb. Ground beef
°1 egg
°1/3 cup breadcrumbs
°1/2 tsp. black pepper
°1 C. salt
°1/2 tsp. onion powder
°1 minced garlic clove
°1 C. Worcestershire sauce
°1 tbsp. oil
°1 1/2 c thinly ​​onion
°2 tbsp. all purpose flour
°1 cup beef broth
°1/2 tsp. salt

* Methods : 

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Form thick patties.

Heat oil in a large skillet on heat. Fry the patties and the onion in the oil until the patties are golden brown. Place the beef patties on a plate and keep warm.

Sprinkling flour over onions & drippings in skillet. Stir in the flour with a fork, scraping up the pieces of beef from the bottom as you stir. Gradually add the beef broth. Season with seasoned salt. Simmer and stir over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Reduce to low heat, return the patties to the sauce, cover and simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve with a large bowl of mashed potatoes
