Baked Chicken legs



A very simple and quick recipe for really tasty baked chicken thighs!

*ingredients :

°Chicken thighs
°30 ml (2 tsp) olive oil
°5 ml (1 tsp)  salt
°5 ml (1 teaspoon) smoked paprika
°10 ml (2 teaspoons) chopped fresh thyme

* Preparation:

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Get rid of excess fat from chicken thighs.
Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray covered with butter paper. Grease the chicken pieces with olive oil. Sprinkle with fleur de sel, smoked paprika and thyme. pepper.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until the skin is golden brown and the core is cracked with a fork.
