PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLOPPY JOES!!!

 



*ingredients:

° 1 lb lean ground beef

° 1 yellow onion, finely chopped

° 1 chopped green pepper

° half a teaspoon of salt

° 1 tablespoon of corn starch

° 1 cup of beef broth

° ½ cup A-1 steak sauce

° 1 teaspoon of steak seasoning

° Provolone cheese slices

° Hamburger buns, sliders, etc..

*Directions:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef, onion, green pepper, and salt until the beef is fading in color. sink.

Stir the cornstarch into the ground beef, and stir until the meat is coated in the cornstarch. Add beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Mix and bring to a boil.


Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. The mixture should thicken and thicken again away from the heat.


While the meat is simmering, turn the oven over and place the cookies on the cookie sheet. Butter each loaf. Grill it for just a few minutes. Watch carefully as it can burn easily.

When the meat is cooked through, use a slotted spoon to place it on each bottom bun. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the cake. Grill for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.


Place the top of the bread with the cheese on the bottom of the bread with the Philly Cheesesteak. eat hot!
