Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients of the Everything Bagel Mix. Stored in an airtight container.

In a separate small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with 2 tablespoons of bagel mixture. Set aside while making sandwiches

In a medium skillet over a medium high skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add the chopped vegetables and saute until soft and slightly golden around the edges. Sit aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 pound roast beef. Cook until completely heated up and slightly browned.

Carefully cut the dinner rolls in half, taking care to keep them together. Create up and down.

Place the bottom of the rolls on a 9" x 13" baking tray. Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom of the rolls.

Place the hot beef rolls and spread evenly on the bread. Put provolone cheese on top of the meat.

Sprinkle the fried vegetables over the cheese. Place in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts.

Remove from the oven, add the pieces of bread, brush with bagel butter. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove the slider from the oven. Cut into individual sandwiches.

Enjoy !
