Butter Baked Chicken


°4 chicken breast
°1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
°1 c flour
°1 1/2 tsp salt
°1/8 teaspoon pepper
°1/4 c butter
°1 can cream chicken soup
°1/4 c water

Preheat oven 425

*Methods :

First, pour some evaporated milk to small dish…just to dip your chicken in. After soak every piece chicken in milk, roll it in flour seasoned with salt & pepper. Melt the butter in a 13×9 skillet and cook the chicken in the melted butter for 30 minutes at 425.
Mixing the water, can of soup, & what's left in your can evaporated milk. Flipping chicken after 30 min of cook & pour soup blend over it. Baking for 30 min more to golden brown.
