One Skillet Cabbage Roll Casserole With Beef


°large shredded cabbage
°1 pound minced meat
°Half a cup of un-cooked rice white onion, chopped
°15 oz. tomato sauce
°15 oz. beef broth
°2 tsp.  minced garlic
°Salt/pepper to taste


The first step
350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Begin by browning the meat in a skillet using medium to high heat. Immediately before removing the meat from the pan, add the garlic to the beef. Strain the meat.
The second step:
Mix the sauce, cabbage, onion, salt, pepper, and rice together in a large bowl. Fry the meat with the cabbage mixture.
Third step:
We begin to lay a layer of cabbage and beef mixture. Cheese in a 9x9 pan.
Using tin foil, cover the skillet and plate. Bake at 350 F for an hour.
The fourth step:
After an 1h , take out plate. Flip it over and make sure you cover it with aluminum foil again before you put it in the oven again.
Let the dish bake again for 15-30 minutes. The rice is cooked and the cabbage is soft on the plate if the baking is done
