*ingredients:
°1 chicken, cut to pieces
°3 eggs
°4 tsp of oil
°2 c flour
°4 tsp paprika
°2 12 tsp salt
°1 tsp pepper
°1 tsp poultry seasoning
°1 tsp thyme
°1 tsp oregano
°1 tsp tarragon
°1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
°1/2 teaspoon onion salt
°1/2 teaspoon celery salt
*Optional, add ketchup to mix
*Methods :
Sift all the paint ingredients together and place them in a clean plastic bag. Coat each chicken piece first with the beaten egg, then with the flour mixture into the bag. Make sure each piece is completely covered with flour.
Heat oil in a fry pan. Slowly browning chicken in oil without cover it. Once brown, covering pan and continue fry over very low heat to chicken is totally cooked through. Lay them out on paper towels to drain excess oil.
