* Ingredients :
+Biscuit
°1 box chocolate cake mix
°2 eggs {beaten}
°1/3 cup oil
+Icing
°1/2 cup butter
°2 tablespoons of cocoa
°3 tablespoons of milk
°2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
* Instructions:
Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cookie ingredients in a large bowl and mix until fully incorporated. NOTE: The batter will be thick.
Using a medium cookie scoop {or full tablespoon}, drop the cookies onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, remove from oven and let cool on a cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack. Repeat until all the dough is cooked.
Icing
Combine the first 3 ingredients for the glaze in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the mixture has melted. Remove from the heat, add the powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
Pour the frosting over the cookies. Use a knife or spoon to move excess frosting and make sure each cookie is completely coated.
