Monte Cristo Big Mac


*Ingredients

°1 pound ground beef
°4 slices of thick bread
°½ onion, thinly sliced
°2 slices of American cheese
°4 slices of bacon, cooked
°4 large eggs, beaten
°½ cup heavy cream
°½ cup of milk
°½ teaspoon garlic powder
°Salt and pepper to taste
°Optional Big Mac Sauce

*Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Make two beef patties of equal size

Fry in the pan according to your taste

SECOND STEP:
Cook the bacon and set aside

Combine eggs, heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper

THIRD STEP:
Dip bread slices in egg mixture and cook in skillet until cooked through and crispy on both sides.

Spread Big Mac sauce inside bread slices, if desired


FOURTH STEP:
Place a cooked beef patty on each of the two slices of bread

Garnish with a slice of cheese, bacon and cooked onions

FIFTH STEP:
Place another slice of cooked French toast on top and serve.

This can also be well secured and fried to give it a very crispy surface.
