*Ingredients
°1 pound sausage
°1 1/2 ounces pork gravy mix (1 package Pioneer brand peppery sausage gravy mix)
°1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
°6 eggs
°1/2 cup of milk
°taste the salt
°taste black pepper
°1 box (8 oz) biscuits (1 box Pillsbury Large Biscuits)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a 9×13 pan and spray it with Pam or whatever you like to use. Then take the cookies and cut them into 1″ pieces and line the bottom of the pan. Brown the sausages and spread them over the biscuits. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Whisk the eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour over the pan. Make sauce mixture according to package directions and pour over. Bake for about 30-45 minutes.
