* INGREDIENTS :

° Dark chocolate 200 g

° Egg 4

° Sugar 150 g

° Flour 80 g

° Butter 200 g

* PREPERATION :

Preheat thermo oven 6 (200 ° C).

Break chocolate bar to small bowl. Adding 4 spoons water & melt in microwave. Be Caareful not to cooking chocolate.3  Melt butter in another small bowl in microwave & add it to bowl of melt chocolate. To blend .

In  bowl, Blend eggs & sugar, and flour.

Pour melt chocolate to large bowl also blend to you get smooth dough.

To finish

Pour into a buttered and floured mold. Cook for about 25 minutes (adjust this cooking time to obtain a more or less tender heart).
