- Canola: 3-4 cups (vegetable oil is also fine)

- Marshmallow cream: 1 jar (marshmallow fluff is also fine)

INSTRUCTIONS :

1. To begin with, you're going to get a bowl and mix in flour, baking powder, and salt; sit aside.

2. Blend together eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl with a mixer until the foam is well blended. Be careful when adding the flour mixture and mix until you have a smooth and thick mixture. The mixture needs to be placed in a piping bag or bottle at this stage.

3. You'll want to add about 1 inch of oil to a large high-sided saucepan and heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the dough in long straight lines in the oil and fry for approx 1 minutes per side, until golden. Lift to a plate and serve with powdered sugar while still hot.

4. Dipping marshmallow fluff: marshmallow cream should be put into a dipping bowl and warm in the microwave for approx 20 seconds, stirring until smooth and serve with funnel-shaped French fries.

5. To reheat: set the temperature of your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, then place the french fries on a baking tray and bake at 450 degerees for 3 minutes.
