Whipped pork chops in a crock pot




*Ingredients

°4 pieces of boneless pork
°1 oz onion soup mix
°1 14-ounce can chicken broth, low in sodium
°1 10.5-ounce can Low-Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup
°1 ounce can dry pork broth mix
°1 teaspoon garlic powder
+To thicken the broth:
°3 tablespoons cornstarch
°3 tablespoons cold water

In a 5-6 quart oval slow cooker, combine onion soup mixture, chicken broth, cream of chicken broth, and pork broth mixture.
Whisk together until smooth.
Season both sides of the slices with a little garlic powder.
Placing pork chops in slow cooker.
Do your best to spread it and cover it with the broth mixture.
Cover and cook over low heat for 4-6 hours.
Just before the pork chops are cooked through - whisk together the cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl. Once soft, pour the pork chops into the slow cooker and stir gently.
Cover and switch the slow cooker to high and cook for another 30 minutes (until the broth thickens).
