Roasted Potato Salad ❤️


8 medium sized potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package of cooked and crumbled bacon
1 small onion chopped
Chives to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste


Washing potatoes and cutting them into small pieces. Covering with water and boil to fork is tender, about 20-25 min. Drain potatoes also let them cool. Time cool, mixing mayonnaise and sour cream. Adding onions, chives and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Adding grated cheese also bacon and serve.
