Pineapple Upside-Down Cake






*Ingredients

°3 eggs
°1/2 cup flour
°3/4 cup sugar
°3/4 cup liquid milk
°2 teaspoons baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon vanilla
°100 gm butter
°1 can pineapple cut into slices

To make burnt sugar, put the sugar in a saucepan over the fire until it dissolves, add water to the amount of a cup of coffee with a small piece of butter, stir for 6 minutes, and turn off the heat.
To make the cake, in the electric mixer, we also put the butter and sugar, add the eggs, one egg at a time, and also add the flour and liquid milk.
Grease the sides of the pan with butter and flour to prevent the cake from sticking. Add the burning sugar, then put the pineapple slices round with a little juice, then add the cake mixture.
The mold is inserted into the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
We take out the mold from the oven, let it cool and then flip.
