Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole


°2 pounds ground beef
°2 garlic cloves, minced
°½ teaspoon onion powder
°1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
°8 eggs
°1 cup heavy whipped cream
°½ teaspoon of salt
°¼ t black pepper
°1 pack (12 ounces) cheddar cheese


Step 1: Preheat oven 350 degrees F 
Step 2: Heat  skillet on medium-high heat.Cook and season meat with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and remove the fat.
Step 3: Spread the beef on the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Stir in the bacon bits.
Step 4: Beat eggs, heavy cream, salt also pepper in bowl to well mixed. Stirring in 8 oz Cheddar cheese.
Step 5: Pour egg mixture over beef and bacon. Topping with the rest 4 oz cheese.
Step 6: Bake in preheated oven until golden on top, 30-35 minutes.
