*INGREDIENTS:
° 1.5 lb steak
° 1 green bell pepper (thickly sliced)
° 1 red bell pepper (thickly sliced)
° 1/2 onion (thickly sliced)
° 1 1/2 cup beef broth
° 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
° 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
°1/4 t garlic powder
° 1/4 t black pepper
° 2 t brown sugar
* Methods
° Placing beef, peppers & onions in cooker slow.
°Adding seasonings, brown sugar also soy sauce on beef and peppers.
° Pour beef broth to slow cooker.
° Stirring to combine.
° Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2.5-3 h until steak is cook through.
° Serve on a bed of white rice.
