Baked Fried Chicken



*Ingredients

°6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, reduce in thirds
°1 cup flour
° 1/2 teaspoon of salt
° 1 tbsp salt 
° 3/2 teaspoon of pepper
° 2 teaspoons of paprika
° 1/2 stick of butter (or 1/4 cup)
°Buttermilk
° 1 gallon Ziploc bag (optional)

Placing thawed bird strips in  bowl of buttermilk, cowl & allow soak about 20-half-hour withinside refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to four hundred degrees F .
Combine and blend flour, salt, pro salt, pepper, and paprika very well in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag or bowl.
Cut 1/2 stick of butter into some portions and place in a nine x thirteen inch pan. Melt the butter withinside the preheated oven.
Spread the melted butter all over the bottom of the pan. Spray the pan gently with cooking spray, if necessary, to make certain there aren't anyt any dry spots.
Shake extra buttermilk from the chicken and absolutely coat every piece withinside the flour mixture. Shake the bag till lined or dip every piece withinside the bowl till coated.
Place every piece of chicken withinside the preheated skillet. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip every piece of bird and keep cooking for any other 20 minutes, or till cooked through (a hundred and seventy degrees F).
