yeast rolls


Ingredients

1/4 cup of warm, not hot water, dissolve the yeast packet.
Melts, add once
1/4 cup soft butter
1/4 cup sugar and an egg, stirred until combined.
then add
3 1/2 to 4 cups flour, knead () greased bowl, lid rising until doubled, and letting shape rise again.
Bake at 400 degrees 12 to 14 minutes by brushing with melted butter.
