White-Chicken-Enchiladas



* Methods : 

°8 to 10 flour tortillas (about the size of a fine taco).
°2 c cooked & chicken.
°2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
°3 tsp butter.
°3 tsp flour.
°2 c chicken broth.
°1 c sour cream.
°1 4 oz green chili.

*How to make:

Blend chicken & 1 cup cheese, roll in tortillas, & place in a sprinkling 9*13 saucepan 
Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat, then add the flour and cook for 1 minute. Adding broth & whisking to the sauce is tender.
Once sauce becomes thick, turning off heat, adding sour cream also hot pepper, and stir to ingredients are mixed.
Pour sauce on enchiladas and covering with the rest cheese.
In an oven preheated to 350 degrees, bake for 20-25 minutes.
Easy, easy and delicious! Tortilla stuffed with chicken, sauce, cheese... Honestly guys, I loved this recipe, you should definitely try it, it's worth it.
