Southern Fried Chicken Butter


° 2 cups all-purpose flour
° 2 teaspoons black pepper
° 2 teaspoons paprika
° 4 teaspoons garlic salt
° ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning mix
° 2 scrambled eggs
° 1 cup of milk


The first step:
In mix bowl, mixing the beat eggs with milk
In other bowl, mix flour, poultry season, garlic salt, paprika & black pepper, then place in  ziplock bag.
The second step:
Putting chicken pieces in bag and shake bag to covering all pieces
Removing chicken and dip every piece to egg mix
Third step:
Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture again, shaking off the excess.
Heat oil in a bottomed frying pan to 375*.
The fourth step:
Frying chicken on every side, then reduce heat of skillet.
Allow chicken to keep cook for 20 to 30 min, depend on size.
Fifth step:
The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165* before serving.
Drain it on paper towels and then serve.
