Sausage & Creamy Hashbrown Casserole



*ingredients:

° 2 c milk
° 8 egg
° 2 pound or hot & spicy sausage
° 16 oz soft cream cheese
° 32 oz shredded & frozen hash brown
° Half a tsp salt
° Half a tsp pepper
° Half a tsp garlic powder
° Half a tsp onion powder
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

* Methods :

The first step:
1. Preheat the oven to 350*
2. Cook the sausage thoroughly, drain the fat
The second step:
1. Stirring cream cheese with sausage & set apart
2. Adding hash brown to pan and cooking to it turns light brown
Third step:
1. Greased bottom of the roast pan 9 x 13 and placing brown hash on bottom
2. Topping with cream cheese & sausage mix
The 4 step:
1. Sprinkling cheddar cheese on top
2. Mix the milk, eggs and spices, then pour over the casserole
Fifth step:
Baking un-covered for 40 to 50 min. or even internal temperature 160°
