°1 pound loose pork sausage
°3 teaspoons minced garlic
°2 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
°1 1/2 cups milk
°3 whole eggs
°Cups of biscuit/bread mix
°¾ teaspoons chopped sage
°Half teaspoons of pepper


In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until meat no longer turns pink. Add garlic, cook 1 minute longer. behavior. Add 2 cups of cheese. Transfer to a greased 9-inch-deep pie plate.
In  bowl, mix milk, eggs, biscuit blend, sage, & pepper. Pour on sausage mixture.
Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until a knife is inserted close to the center and comes out clean. Sprinkling rest cheese. Baking for 1-2 min or to cheese has melt. letting it for 10 minutes before slice
