MOM'S FAMOUS CREAM PUFFS πŸ˜‹



*ingredients:

°1 stick of butter
°1 cup water
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 c flour
°4 eggs
+The famous filling for the mother:
°1 PINT Intense Cream
°1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
°⅓ a cup of milk

*Directions

Boil the water, butter and vanilla. Add flour.
Stir constantly until it leaves the side of the pot and forms a ball. Raise and cool.
Beat 4 eggs, one at a time, until smooth.
Drop by T. onto parchment-lined cookie sheets (you want 8 for nice large sheets) and bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.
(Pro tip: prick with a toothpick when exiting the oven, then return it to the oven with it closed and break the door as it cools. This prevents it from shrinking)
