MEXICAN-CASSEROLE


*ingredients:

°1 pound ground beef
°1 can ranch beans
°1 bag of 10-12 ounce tortilla chips, crushed (I didn't use the whole bag)
°1 can tomato roe-tel
°1 small onion chopped
°2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
°1 pack taco season
°1 box cream chicken soup
°1/2 c water
°Sour cream & sauce, for serve
*How to making it
Preheat oven 325 degrees. In  skillet, browning meat and dried fat. Adding beans, tomatoes, onions, taco season, soup, & water. Cooking on medium-low heat to all is well blended & heated through.
Greased 9" * 13" casserole plate. Laying layer of mash tortilla chips, follow by a layer of meat/bean mixture, & half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Covering with aluminum foil & baking for 20-30 min or to bubbling.
Let it for 5-10 min before serve. Cover with sour cream & sauce
