Low-Carb Crack Slaw

* Methods :

°2 lbs. Ground beef or turkey
°2 bags of cole slaw mix
°4 chopped green onions
°3 teaspoons minced garlic
°3 tablespoons soy sauce
°2 tablespoons sesame oil
°2 tsp red pepper flakes
°2 tsp ground ginger

* Optional add package from Splenda


Cook the ground beef in the pan as usual.
In a separate skillet, put the sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped green onions and minced garlic together and stir until soft. Then I added the cabbage (cole slaw mix), ground red pepper and ground ginger and cooked it until mostly tender, still slightly crunchy, which I prefer over super soft cabbage. 
Once this was done, I drained the excess fat from the meat and added it to the pan with the rest of the ingredients and stirred it in. I added a touch more soy sauce for flavor but not too much. It turned out to be wonderful. Hubby and his son loved it.
