Low Carb Cheesy Stuffed Peppers


*Ingredients:

°6-8 green, orange or yellow pepper
°1-2 pound beef
°1 white onion, chop
°1 can of tomatoes, cut into cubes
°2 pieces garlic, minced
°1 c cheddar cheese
°Salt / pepper 

* Methods :

Heat  oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut off heads of peppers & removing all seeds and white stuff.
Simmer peppers in boil water for 5 min
Heat olive oil in  skillet over heat. Stirring in onion, garlic & tomato cube and saute about 3 min. Stirring in minced meat.
Cooking meat to pink color fades.
Stuff mixture to hollowed pepper. Putting stuf pepper on baking-tray
Baking in a preheated oven for 12-15 min. Topping with cheddar cheese & baking for an additional 5 min.
