°1 pack (8 oz) egg noodles
°1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
°1 large white onion, diced
°1 pound minced meat
°1 teaspoon white sugar
°1 c sour cream
°1 teaspoon garlic salt
°2 cans (15 ounces) tomato sauce
°½ c shredded cheddar cheese, or more to taste
°1 teaspoon salt

*Directions :

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat up to medium-high.
Add meat, then cook until crumbly and brown. Remove accumulated fat.
Add tomato sauce, garlic salt, and salt. Stir until well blended. Everything simmers for 20 minutes.
Remove the pan from the stove, cover with a lid and let it rest.
Put a large pot of water on high heat. Add a little salt and let the water boil.
Add egg noodles and cook until fully cooked. Draining & rinse with cold water to stopping cooking process.
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175°C or 350°F.
Apply cooking spray to a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
In a mix bowl, add cream cheese, onion, & sour cream. Stir to well blended.
Add 12 noodles to the prepared casserole and distribute evenly.
Add 1/2 of the sour cream mixture and distribute it evenly.
Add half of the minced meat mixture on top and distribute it evenly. Repeat process tp everything is arrange in layers
Sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar cheese on the face.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Take it out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!
