Grilled cheese avocado, mozzarella & tomato


*Ingredients :

°½ avocado (sliced)
°four tranches mozzarella cheese
°four cherry tomatoes (reduce in half)
° 2 slices sprouted grain bread  
° pinch butter   

Method:

Grease the outer layers of bread with butter. Place one buttered slice down right into a skillet - heated over medium heat. Put a layer of cheese, tomatoes, then avocado.
Place the opposite slice of bread on top of the butter. Flip after some minutes. Cook every facet till golden at the outside and sticky at the inside.
