Grandma's Biscuits



*Ingredients:

°2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 tablespoon baking powder
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 tablespoon white sugar
°Half a cup of butter
°1 cup milk

Preheat oven 425°F (220°C). 
In  bowl, whisking flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Cut the ghee until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Gradually stirring in milk to dough pulls away from side of the bowl.

Turn over on a floured surface and knead 15 to 20 times. Lifting or rolling dough up to 1 inch thick. Cutting biscuits with  piece or a c of juice dip in flour. Repeat until the dough runs out. Shake off the excess flour, and place the biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet.Bake for 13 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven, or until edges begin to turn brown
