GERMAN POTATO PANCAKES



*Ingredients :

°(2) eggs
°2 tablespoons flour
°½ teaspoon baking powder
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Half a teaspoon pepper
°(6) medium potatoes, peeled and diced
°cup finely chopped onion
°Half a cup of vegetable oil

*Directions :

Whisk eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Then blend the potatoes and onions.
In a large skillet, warmth the oil over medium warmth. Put heaping tablespoons of the potato combination in batches into the skillet, urgent to flatten. Cook every aspect till browned and crunchy, three minutes. Lay out paper towels.
Notes:
German potato pancakes may be eaten candy or savory. It is most customarily eaten with applesauce, different fruit compote, or powdered sugar, however is frequently eaten as a part of a meal with yogurt or meat sauce.
