Funnel-Cake





*ingredients:

°1 egg
°180 ml milk
°2 tsp sunflower oil
°1 1/8 c flour
°1/8 c sugar
°Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
°pinch of salt
°sugar for decoration
°frying oil

*Preparation:

Blending flour, salt & sugar in  bowl. Stirring with a fork to incorporate dry ingredients.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract and sunflower oil.
Keep whisking until the mixture is well blended and free of lumps.
Put the cream into the piping bag.
In a frying pan, heat a little oil, it is recommended not to add too much, because the strips of dough should lie on the bottom of the pan.
Using the piping bag, make a kind of mesh, let the dough fall and move the bag. Be careful when pouring the dough because the oil may jump.
Fry on the stovetop, not too high, making sure to brown on both sides for several minutes.
When it is ready, take it out and leave it on a plate with absorbent paper. To serve, sprinkle powdered sugar first.
