Creamed Beef On Toast


°eight oz. Pieces of dried beef in a jar
°2 tbsp. unsalted butter
°2 tbsp. flour
°1 c. milk
°½ c. heavy whipping cream
°pepper to flavor


Melt the butter in a skillet or saucepan over medium warmness at the stove.
Add the flour to the butter and blend properly for a minute or  till the flavor of uncooked flour has softened.
Slowly whisk first milk, then the whip cream.
Add pepper to flavor.
Bring mixture to a simmer over medium warmness, whisking regularly to save you burning.
Once the sauce has thickened in your liking, upload the red meat to the skillet or saucepan and stir till combined. Cook an extra 3-five mins and serve with toast.
