*Ingredients

° 2 pounds of hamburger meat

° 2 cans rutile tomatoes, drained

°1 can of ranch-style beans, or 1 can of seasoned pinto beans, or your favorite beans

° 2 packs of Mexican-style cornbread, or your favorite cornbread mix

° 1 can of corn on the creamy way

° 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice

* Methods : 

Step 1
Brown & seasoning 2 pound hamburger meat. Filter and add 2 cans of drained rutile tomatoes and 1 can of ranch beans. Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix together 2 packages of Mexican-style cornbread for all directions, or your favorite cornbread mix. Add a can of cream-style corn to the cornbread mixture, stir in the shredded cheese of your choice and stir. Pour half of the cornbread mixture into the bottom of the pan, pour the meat mixture, top with more shredded cheese, and pour the remaining cornbread mixture over it. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Until the cornbread is done. Taha dah!! Cornbread Cowboy!! So easy, so delicious, so cheap!! Enjoy!
