°4 boneless, chicken breast
            °1 c grain brown rice
            °2 tsp sesame oil
            °1 tablespoon olive oil
            °2 and a half cups of water at room temperature
            °Half a teaspoon of salt
            °1 tablespoon ginger paste
            °1 tsp garlic
            °3 tsp of light soy sauce
            °3 tablespoons water
            °cup chopped white onion
           ° Green onion cubes, for garnish

°Directions :

In a large saucepan, add rice, salt and water
Stir until smooth
Bring it to a boil
When it comes to boiling, turn the heat down to low
Cooking for 40 min, or to liquid is absorb.
Take it off the fire and put it aside
+For frying rice:
In a saucepan, add eggs and mix. Stir until fully cooked
Take it out of the pan and set it aside
Adding olive oil to  skillet
Cut chicken breasts into cubes
Add it to the pot and fry it on all sides
Adding ginger, garlic, onion & pepper
Simmer about 5 min until fully cook & onions are soft
Adding rice & water
Stirring to well mix
Add soy sauce and sesame oil and stir until combined
Add the cooked eggs and stir well
take off the fire
Garnish with chop green onion
