*Ingredients :

°2 turkey wings
°1 carrot
°500g fresh button mushrooms
°2 large onions
°1 clove of garlic
°1 bottle of tomato coulis
°250ml white wine
°250ml water
°3 tablespoons of veal stock
°1 and a half tablespoon of flour
°20g butter
°Salt and pepper
°1 sprig of thyme (or 1 teaspoon of powdered thyme)
°2 bay leaves

*Preperation :

     Peel the onions, garlic and carrots, set aside. Clean the fresh mushrooms by removing the tail. Run them quickly under cold water.
     Take a fairly deep pot. Fry your turkey wings in the butter and let brown, set aside. .

     In the juice from your cooked wings, sauté the mushrooms. Add the onions and garlic, spice, mix and sauté. Add the carrots, cut into small pieces. Add thyme and bay leaf.

     In this preparation, add the flour, the veal stock, the salt and the pepper, stir delicately.

     Pour over the wine, water and tomato coulis while mixing.

     Wait for the flour to thicken, add the turkey wings and mix (if your wings are not completely covered, add water to cover them).

     Cover and cook for 1 hour, simmering.
