STOVETOP-STUFFING-MEATLOAF


*ingredients:

°1 package over stove top fill any flavor
°1 cup hot water
°2 packets of mixed brown broth, divided use
°1.5 pound ground beef
°1 c cold water
°2 L eggs, scrambled

* Methods 

In a medium-sized bowl, add the filling mixture and 1 cup of hot water and leave for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine 1 package of brown broth mixture with cold water. Combine minced meat, broth and eggs.
After filling has hardened for 5 min and cooled, mixing filling mixture to ground beef blend.
Grease a skillet with non-stick spray and press the ground beef mixture into the skillet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until the pink color inside is no longer visible
Once baked, let it rest for 5 minutes while you prepare the second package of broth and then flip it onto a plate.
Serve with mashed potatoes and brown gravy in the center of a meatloaf.
